The Women’s Ministry of Stony Hill Baptist Church seeks to encourage women, through fellowship and Bible Study, to love Jesus and pursue Him wholeheartedly.

Women's Ministry Programs

  • Sweet Sisters — meets the first Monday night of the month for fellowship, food, and fun! All ladies are invited to join us from 7:00 to 8:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall. You will learn new things, share stories, and enjoy “girlie stuff.” We promise that you will leave refreshed and renewed in your walk with Christ!  Some of our favorite or upcoming Sweet Sisters themes include:

    • Man-I-Cured Those Nails
    • Rest is Just Stress Without the 2 S's
    • Life is One Big Thank You Note
    • A Mug and A Muffin
    • Take Time to Smell the Roses
    • Purse Swap
    • Clutter Auction
    • Spring Cleaning 101
    • Annual Tea Party

  • Ladies' Bible Study —God’s Word is alive and powerful! If you believe this, then you are invited to attend our Ladies’ Bible Study! It is an in-depth study of God’s Word that takes place from 7:00-8:30 on Monday nights.   The Ladies of Stony Hill Baptist Church have completed the following Bible Studies:

    • Believing God
    • The Patriarchs: Encountering the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob
    • Daniel: Lives of Integrity, Words of Prophecy
    • Steppin Up: A Journey Through the Psalms of Ascent
    • Communication Peace
    • The Vision of His Glory

    And we choose a new one each semester! If you are longing for accountability, a fresh word from God, and fellowship with like-minded sisters in Christ, our Ladies' Bible Study is for you!

  • Women's Sunday School Class — On Sunday mornings at 10:00 am, there is a wonderful Sunday School class dedicated specifically to women. The teachers share their love for God's Word, while applying it specifically to the lives of women. Whosoever will may come, and enjoy discussion, fellowship, and biblical teaching in the Women's Sunday School class.
